Family Info: I am a son to my dad and mom and brother to my siblings.

I’m from Lamar, MO which is located a few miles north of Joplin. Lamar has two main claims to fame. First, it’s the birthplace of Harry S Truman. Second, they’re seven-time state champions in Class 2A football, winning each year since 2011. As serious as Lamar is about football, I’ve come to understand that Harrisburg is equally as serious about their basketball programs. I’m excited to be a Bulldog and cheer them on to another state victory.

My connection to Harrisburg stems back to college when I met the Weideman, Kroese, and Whitaker families. After graduating from Mizzou, I took two years off from school and served as a camp counselor in Colcord, OK; youth director in Centralia, MO; market manager at the Columbia Farmers’ Market; assistant manager for Missouri Legacy Beef in Salisbury, MO; and substitute teacher in the Columbia and Centralia public school systems. After that, I enrolled in the counseling program at Stephens College in the spring of 2015, became an admissions counselor for that college the same year, and then finished the program in the summer of 2018.
