Harrisburg XC ran in the Gans Creek Classic, where the team finished 19th overall. The Bulldogs were led by Josey Whitaker (33rd) & Marie Bergfield (72nd). Berkley Sublett, Emme Shouse, Whitaker, and Bergfield all set new PRs. Mady Mitchel & Malea Mackey set new season-best times

Seventh grade students in Mrs. Edwards’s English are reading the classic novel “The Outsiders.” The narrator, Ponyboy, is a poetry loving gang member and recites a famous Robert Frost poem to a friend. These 7th graders earned extra credit by memorizing and reciting that same poem, “Nothing Gold Can Stay.” Nice work!
